The titles offered by the most members were DePaul Law Review (13) Journal of Legal Education (12), and Law Library Journal (12).

Renewals were sent in January 2013 for the 2013 calendar year. 18 of the 26 members renewed, $180 was paid to database administrator Wayne Schneider, the remaining $360 was retained by TS-SIS.

The Spring Exchange occurred on May 22, 2013 - 14 of the 18 members submitted lists. A total number of 7039 issues representing 2295 distinct titles were offered. The three most offered titles were ABA Journal (223 items), Journal of Legal Education (136 isuues) and AALL Spectrum (129 issues). The titles offered by the most participating institutions were ABA Journal (11), Journal of Legal Education (11), Law Library Journal Review (11) and Mississippi Law Journal (11).

While the Exchange of Duplicates Program continues to be profitable, membership continues to decline every year. Those members that do renew utilize the exchange and regularly express appreciation for the program. Regretfully, despite the decline in membership, the work required to maintain the program has remained somewhat constant. It might be time to consider reducing the exchange to once a year or to determine a threshold number at which point the program would no longer be considered viable.
