Job Placement Hotline Terms
Any employer, regardless of AALL membership, may post an available position with AALL. Positions will be listed on AALL’s Web site AALLNET at http://www.aallnet.org/services/hotline.asp and in AALL Spectrum. AALL will also fax or mail a copy of the listings to any interested person upon request. Ad Formats:
Your job listing will appear on AALL's Web site AALLNET. AALLNET is updated every Friday and each ad will run for four weeks. Ads received by noon on Thursday will be posted on AALLNET Friday of the week received. The online job listing is located at http://www.aallnet.org/services/hotline.asp.
Ads may also be edited and placed in the next available issue of AALL Spectrum on a space-available basis. Click here to see deadlines for Spectrum. The AALL Spectrum is published monthly with the exception of January and August.
How to Place an Ad:
Ads are accepted online (preferred) or via e-mail, fax or mail.
We must receive a signed copy of the AALL Non-Discrimination Form and Employer Agreement Form before the ad can be run. Both forms may be returned online or by fax.
Terms and Conditions:
The Employer agrees to pay AALL $0.75/per word for each ad. This fee covers placement of the ad in the printed full listings and on AALLNET. At no additional charge, a condensed version of the ad will run in AALL Spectrum.
In November 1994, the AALL Executive Board adopted a policy that all placement listing advertised with AALL meet the minimum annual full time salary of $22,000.
