The $3000 James F. Connelly LexisNexis® Academic & Library Solutions Scholarship is awarded to a library school graduate with meaningful law library experience, who is pursuing a degree in an accredited law school with the intention of having a career in law librarianship and has no more than 36 semester (54 quarter) credit hours remaining before qualifying for the degree. Preference will be given to individuals who have demonstrated an interest in government documents. Evidence of financial need must be submitted.

Mr. Connolly was a CIS executive who maintained close ties to law librarians.
