Thurgood Marshall Law Library Reception

ALL-SIS and the University of Maryland, Thurgood Marshall Law Library invite you to attend an annual reception in conjunction with the Baltimore meeting.

This event will be held in Westminster Hall, a beautifully restored historic building with magnificent stained glass windows. In addition to the opportunity to visit with academic colleagues, enjoy elegant hors d 'oeuvres and wine with music provided on a restored 1882 pipe organ. Take an entertaining tour of the Hall's famous "catacombs" and visit the cemetery where Edgar Allan Poe is buried. Tours of the Law Library will be available.

WHERE:

University of Maryland School of Law, entrance at 500 W. Baltimore Street

DIRECTIONS:

The School is six city blocks from the convention center. Walk west on Pratt Street past the Marriott. The stadium at Camden Yards will be on your left. Turn right on Paca Street and walk north three blocks. The law school entrance is at the corner of Paca and Baltimore Streets.
