On September 15, 2000, Al Dong, Reference Librarian at the University of Denver's Westminster Law Library, presented a program at the Colorado Library Association's 2000 Conference in Snowmass Village, Colorado. Al's program was entitled "Colorado Legislative Process and Legislative Intent."
