Adaptive Technology

Assistive Technology for Law Libraries

In an information technology context, adaptive technology (sometimes called assistive technology) refers to computer hardware, software, or services designed to assist disabled users in using computer resources. Thanks to Lyonette Louis-Jacques, who provided much of the source material. At the present time, these pages link to outside sources. Source descriptions come from the sources themselves when practicable. The Adaptive Technologies Committee will make reasonable efforts to add new links and maintain link currency. If time permits, the Committee will add original content.
