2010 FCIL Schaffer Grant for Foreign Law Librarians:
We are now accepting applications for the the FCIL Schaffer Grant for Foreign Law Librarians. The Grant provides financial assistance to ensure the presence and participation of a foreign law librarian at the AALL Annual Meeting. This year the Annual Meeting is July 10-13, 2010 in Denver, Colorado.

Congratulations to Ahmadullah Masoud, recipient of the 2009 FCIL Schaffer Grant for Foreign Law Librarians. Mr. Masoud is a reference librarian at the Independent National Legal Training Center (INLTC) Law Library in Kabul, Afghanistan.
