There will be six FCIL related programs at the 2012 AALL Conference in Boston! A list of the programs, dates, and times can be found on our Annual Meeting Programs page. Congratulations to everyone who submitted a program proposal. We had over a dozen excellent submissions this year, so we made it very difficult for the AMPC to make their selections. Special thanks go out to Heidi Kuehl, Dennis Sears, and Gail Zwirner for guiding so many successful programs through the AMPC.

The Foreign Law Selectors Interest Group has added many profiles and collection development policies to their website.

Contribute to the FCIL Schaffer Grant for Foreign Law Librarians! The FCIL-SIS gratefully acknowledges the generous contributions of many Donors to the FCIL Schaffer Grant for Foreign Law Librarians. Despite valuable support from AALL, FCIL, vendors, and individual AALL members, the Grant Fund does not fully cover the cost of transportation, lodging, and food for grant recipients. Your tax-deductible donations can keep this valuable Grant alive. Read what past winners say about the Grant and their experiences at the AALL Annual Meeting. Send your contribution to AALL, 105 W. Adams Street, Suite 3300, Chicago, IL 60603-6225, and be sure to designate them for the FCIL Schaffer Grant fund. Please mail the AALL Giving Form (PDF on this AALL page) with your contribution.
