Letter Submission Form to GD-SIS Member Grant Applicants

Purpose: The purpose of the Government Documents Special Interest Section Grants Program is to financially assist members of the SIS or their documents support staff to attend the 2007 Fall Federal Depository Library Conference and Council Meeting. Preference will be given to the individual who will not receive any support from his/her employing institution and/or the individual who has never attended the Fall Federal Depository Library Conference and Council Meeting.

The web form below will automatically submit your recommendation letter to ALL Grant Committee members.

Letters of recommendation in support of applicants must be received by the deadline of Monday, October 1, 2007.
