  • Suppliers send the fiche with the shipping lists
  • Lists are labeled as follows: Shipping List Year-Sequential Number-M.  For example:

    2000-0001-M
Direct Mail
 
  • Publications too timely to wait for depository shipment
  • Not listed on shipping lists
