The following activites are scheduled to be completed from May to June:
Chair should organize program proposal materials and begin gathering suggestions for possible speakers/participants, if this has not already occured during the activites for February to April.Chair begins preliminary ranking of programs based on input from members.
Take poll of Committee members to see who is likely to be able to attend Committee meeting at the upcoming AALL Annual Meeting.
Prepare adequate packets of typed program proposals to hand out to Committee members at the annual meeting.
