The following activites are scheduled to be completed in November:
Chair summarizes PLL's topics which will be presented, as well as those rejected, and sends these summaries to members of the Committee. The accompanying letter urges Committee members to look closely at programs which were rejected and think about retooling and/or resubmitting any of those. The letter also urges members to jot down any program ideas they may have. A blank copy of a program proposal form is included with each letter.Chair begins to solicit program ideas, encouraging Committee members to begin collecting ideas from outside sources, including colleagues and other organizations' meetings.
