DESCRIPTION
The purpose of this Committee is to nominate two candidates for
Vice-Chair/Chair-Elect, Secretary, Treasurer, and one of the elected
Executive Committee Members. See Article V, Section 1 of Bylaws for
full description of nomination process.

The Committee consists of three members, one of whom shall be
appointed chairperson by the PLL/SIS chairperson. The Committee will
be selected by the PLL/SIS chairperson by September 15, approved by
the Executive Committee, and serve one year.
The majority of this Committee's work is done during the following
