COLLAGE is an occasional publication of the Standing Committee on Lesbian and Gay Issues of the Social Responsibility Special Interest Section of the American Association of Law Libraries.

Founded in 1985, The Standing Committee on Lesbian and Gay Issues was proposed as an organizational vehicle for 1) promoting the discussion of issues important to the lesbian and gay community; 2) raising the visibility of lesbian and gay law librarians within the Association; and 3) providing professional and social contacts for standing committee members.

Today, these goals continue to be achieved through the standing committee's impressive record of annual meeting educational programs, publications, AALL professional activity, and social opportunities.
