The 2004 annual meeting in Boston is not as far away as it might seem. Completed program proposals must be submitted in August 2003. To get the strongest slate of programs possible, the program development process needs to begin now.
Have you attended a meeting recently that made you want to learn more about a topic, or perhaps you've read something on an electronic discussion list that piqued your interest? Has an issue arisen in your workplace that you think may be of interest to others? Are you excited (or irritated) about something that you'd like to bring to the attention of a wider audience? Maybe you saw a presentation by a dynamite speaker with a compelling or provocative message? Use your inspiration to inspire others by putting together a program for the 2004 meeting!
This year's TSSIS survey yielded the following suggestions for programs for the Boston meeting. Below is a summary of the topic, format, number of responses, and average of the responses (1-3 was possible).
