My responsibility this year was to plan and coordinate the TS/OBS/RIPS/CS-SIS Joint Reception. The reception is schedule to be held on Saturday July 25th at the Renaissance Ballroom AB from 7:00 to 8:30 PM. My committee members included:
- Elaine Bradshaw
- Robert Farmer
- Bonnie Shucha
- Victoria Szymczak
The food prices in Washington DC were extremely high, and even with Innovative's contribution we still had to ask each of the SIS's to contribute $675 each to cover the $8200 cost of the reception. This price includes podium, bar tenders, cashier, and taxes. I hope the menu will provide enough for our attendees.
At this time I have not received the names of the Innovative representatives, and am following up on that so flowers can be provided.
