2009-2010 Annual Report

The Bylaws Committee worked this year to update the handbook and reflect an extensive set of revisions to the TS-SIS bylaws approved by the AALL Bylaws Committee in March of 2009. A comprehensive first draft was delivered to the TS-SIS Chair in mid-June for Executive Board comment and review.
