All dates are subject to change.

August 2012 SIS webmasters will continue reviewing their websites and deleting files that are no longer needed. Files that do not have to be uploaded will save time during the migration, review and cleanup process.

SIS webmasters should start thinking about their SIS website's navigation. We recommend 5 to 7 main navigation buttons, but SISs may have more or less depending on their needs.

SIS webmasters should start recruiting others to help with the content cleanup after the migration.

August 27, 2012 SIS webmasters complete the review process of their websites.

August 28-30, 2012 AALL will download the latest SIS website content from the web server and then send them to SYSCOM.

Early September 2012 SYSCOM will convert all SIS content and upload it into the content management system (CMS).

September 14, 2012 SIS webmasters finalize the main navigation structure.
