The Pipeline to the Profession Special Committee will focus on identifying the challenges and potential solutions to increasing the pipeline to law librarianship in line with the 2022-2025 strategic plan. The committee’s recommendations will assist the Executive Board in determining where resources need to be allocated in future years.
The committee shall:
- Survey and/or hold discussions with members in all library types to identify the challenges to the pipeline.
- Identify the main recruitment and retention challenges in the profession.
- Recommend potential partners, solutions that would address the challenges identified.
