Equipment Request Form (General)

  • Equipment that is necessary to conduct your meeting or function (e.g. computers, easels, projection screens) should be ordered through AALL Headquarters using this form. Indicate your equipment needs below and return it to AALL Headquarters by April 20, 2019. Any equipment additions or changes should be submitted no later than June 14, 2019.

  • Internet Access?

    Complimentary wireless internet access is available in all meeting rooms at the convention center - please design your presentation accordingly. Internet access in meeting space is NOT complimentary at the Marriott Marquis (headquarters hotel) and must be ordered and purchased by the organizing group. Check the meetings and events schedule for the assigned location of your function.

    This is generally not necessary for 50 or fewer attendees.
