Ready to contribute to peer-powered learning? Here are some important dates.
|through August 17, 2018||“Must-have” program ideas solicited from AALL members|
|early September, 2018||Call for 2019 proposals issued (including “must-have” program topics); proposal collection site opens|
|October 1, 2018, 11:59 p.m. (CDT)||All program and workshop proposals due (including independently produced SIS programs); proposal collection site closes|
|November, 2018||AMPC team leaders meet in Chicago to select programs and workshops for the 2019 Annual Meeting|
|late November–early December, 2018||All proposers will be notified as to whether their proposals have been accepted or declined. Shortly after this process is completed, coordinators for accepted programs and workshops will be provided with information regarding deadlines. Additional AMPC program curation begins (as necessary).|
|Winter, 2019||Program lineup is announced to coincide with the opening of conference registration|
|Spring, 2019||Calls for poster sessions, discussion dens|
|Saturday, July 13, 2019||AALL Annual Meeting in Washington, DC begins, Walter E. Washington Convention Center|
