Ready to contribute to peer-powered learning? Here are some important dates.

Through August 16, 2019

“Must-have” program ideas solicited from AALL members

Early September 2019

Call for 2020 proposals issued (including “must-have” program topics); proposal collection site opens

October 1, 2019, 11:59 p.m. (EDT)

All program and workshop proposals due (including independently produced SIS programs); proposal collection site closes

November 2019

AMPC team leaders meet in Chicago to select programs and workshops for the 2020 Annual Meeting

Late November–Early December, 2019

All proposers will be notified as to whether their proposals have been accepted or declined. Shortly after this process is completed, coordinators for accepted programs and workshops will be provided with information regarding deadlines. Additional AMPC program curation begins (as necessary).

Winter 2020

Program lineup is announced to coincide with the opening of conference registration

Spring 2020

Calls for poster sessions, discussion dens
