The AALL Competitive Intelligence Series is designed to equip legal information professionals with capabilities to perform competitive intelligence work in their organizations. There are two courses in the series, Competitive Intelligence Foundations, and Competitive Intelligence Strategies and Analysis that will prepare you to establish and maintain a competitive intelligence function and learn skills to grow a competitive intelligence practice within the organization.
Both courses will allow you to learn in a focused environment with other professionals and will help you build a solid competitive advantage within this specialized arena. Competitive Intelligence Foundations is the first course in the series. Competitive Intelligence Strategies and Analysis is the second course in the series. Professionals and employers will be able to leverage the knowledge and skills gained to support the organization’s strategic initiatives.
