Live Interview Series: So, You Wanna Publish Something?

Wednesday, March 11, 2020 (11am - 11:30am US/Central)

DESCRIPTION

Writing can be a daunting task. Even the most experienced authors can be a little unsure of themselves. What should I write? What form should it take? When do I contact publishers? Who are the publishers? Why am I doing this to myself? If you’ve had these or other questions about writing, then you should join us. In this 30 minutes live session, Patrick Parsons will talk with former AALL Spectrum Editor Kris Niedringhaus and current Legal Research Services Quarterly Editor Mike Chiorazzi about all things writing. We hope that through this conversation, Kris and Mike will be able to clarify the writing process, discuss law librarian publication, and make writing a little less intimidating. This series is brought to you by the Professional Engagement, Growth & Advancement SIS and the AALL Continuing Professional Education Committee.

The deadline to register for this event is March 9.
