Speakers:

Steve Roses
Director of Sales, William S. Hein & Co., Inc. & HeinOnline

Steve Roses has been a familiar face in the legal publishing industry since the early 90s and has nearly 30 years of experience working with librarians, attorneys, and all legal researchers alike. In 2009, he joined the William S. Hein Co., Inc. as the Director of Sales. His reputation for building relationships with customers through a higher-level understanding of their needs, background, and interests make him an excellent fit for upholding the Hein Company’s mission statement. Steve is a graduate of Brandeis University, Boston College Law School, and he has been a member of the Massachusetts Bar since 1990.

Lauren Mattiuzzo
Marketing & HeinOnline Support Professional

Lauren Mattiuzzo has been an employee of the William S. Hein & Co., Inc. for nearly 20 years. During her long tenure, she has worked in various departments and developed considerable skills within the legal publishing industry. Most recently, Lauren acts as a lead member of the Marketing staff and also oversees the HeinOnline Support team. Lauren is dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction and that all researchers are provided with the necessary tools and assistance for locating materials in HeinOnline.
