Carolyn has over 30 years of experience working in the legal industry, including many years employed by LexisNexis. She’s held numerous positions and developed a broad range of skills in legal sales, marketing, project management, legal research, training, customer relationships and support. In her current role as the Sr. Manager of the Knowledge & Research Program, Carolyn is dedicated to ensuring LexisNexis meets the current and future needs of the legal information professional community. She manages the Knowledge & Research Consultant team in addition to national programs that support law librarians.

A long time AALL member and Information Professional Gayle brings over 30 years’ experience within the profession. She has served law firm and court libraries and is one of the Knowledge & Research Consultants at LexisNexis for over 26 years representing the interest of Private Law Librarians. She is active at the national, regional and local level in professional library associations and a well-known face within the industry. This year, she received the Private Law Librarians & Information Professionals (PLLIP) Vendor/Outside Champion Award for work promoting the value of information professionals to the broader legal community.
