AALL Virtual Coffee Chat: Maximizing Internships
Tuesday, June 1, 2021 (3pm - 3:45pm US/Central)
Internship opportunities can mean extra support for library staff, new help to tackle special projects, fresh perspectives, and a potential pipeline to law librarianship—especially when resources are limited or a hiring freeze is in place. Are you curious about implementing an internship program, or expanding or revamping an existing program? Or could you share insights from your own experience—as an intern or as someone who works with them? Join us for an informal discussion on ideas for internships in different kinds of libraries, co-moderated by Kristina J. Alayan and Victoria Capatosto (Howard University School of Law) and Malinda Muller (LA Law Library).
Please note: AALL virtual coffee chats are not recorded and registration is open to AALL members only.
