Learn from your peers and business partners about a successful implementation of a new or updated library tool. Your peers will discuss their roadmap to a successful implementation of a library resource and how they collaborated across departments and with their business partners to meet their goals. The speakers will provide tips on information to gather, building your roadmap, being involved from the beginning, pitfalls to avoid, the importance of a project evaluation, and how best to communicate the success of the project.
