It is becoming imperative that organizations facilitate the acquisition, management, and use of legal data. In this webinar, CanLII president Sarah Sutherland will explain why data use matters in the legal space and describe the issues that affect legal data and organizations in particular. She will provide an international perspective on the issues affecting access to legal data and clearly describe methods of obtaining and evaluating it, pulling insights from her recent book, Legal Data and Information in Practice: How Data and the Law Interact.
