Sarah Rohne
Career Empower, LLC

Sarah Rohne owns a career development consulting practice, Career Empower, LLC, where she individually career consults with professionals, and presents to employers and organizations on professional development topics. Sarah Rohne is also the Employer Relations Director at the University of Minnesota Law School. Her background includes practicing law as an attorney with Meagher & Geer, PLLP in Minneapolis; and employment with national legal staffing agencies as a senior recruiter before joining the University of Minnesota Law School. Her role includes development of local, regional, and national employment opportunities for law students and alumni; and management of professional development training for legal professionals. For many years Sarah has been active in national legal professional development organizations and currently serves in leadership roles with the American Bar Association and National Association for Law Placement. Sarah is also an active leader in Minnesota and currently serves on the Board of Directors of Minnesota Women Lawyers and the Membership Committee of Hennepin County Bar Association. Sarah received her JD from Hamline University School of Law and BA and Organizational Development Certificate from the University of Minnesota Twin Cities.
