From Access To Accessibility Practical Guidance For Navigating Common Law Content (Vendor Showcase)
Tuesday, March 12, 2019 (11am - 12pm US/Central)
Registration for this event is closed.
Until very recently, access to primary authorities online has been less than comprehensive. Today, we have the ability to access millions of authorities from a single website. However, these are more documents than any human could process in a lifetime. How do we process this volume of data across jurisdictions to locate the information we need? Furthermore, how will this change over the next few years, and what will the future of legal research look like?
This webinar will examine recent transformation in the dissemination of legal content and discuss what this means for users in practical terms.
Attendees will learn:
changes to the traditional publishing model
how emerging technologies are solving the problems of content overload
how to make use of intelligent tools to conduct comprehensive yet efficient legal research
The role of AI - specifically machine learning - in organizing legal information
how technology can support the careers of our future lawyers
