June 2009

It's Annual Report Time!

Remember to submit your chapter's Annual Report to be archived on AALLNET. Guidelines for preparation of annual reports can be found on AALLNET. If you need to view your chapter's previous annual report, this too is available on AALLNET. Completed annual reports should be submitted by July 15th to Kim Rundle at AALL Headquarters.

Have You Updated Your Roster?

Chances are your roster is out of date because your chapter recently had elections. Please take a moment to review your roster online at AALLNET. It's as easy as clicking on your chapter's profile link and scrolling down to see if all your officers and board members are listed. If the roster is not current, please contact Kim Rundle at AALL Headquarters with the names and term of the officers or board members to be added.

Send Me Your Presidents-Elect

For those with elections in late May or early June, please send me the names and email addresses of your new Vice-Presidents. This information will allow me to ensure they are on our listserv and receive information about this summer's chapter leadership events.

See You at the Chapter Leadership Training

For those new chapter leaders who recently joined our list and may not have seen last month's information on training, don't forget to block off Saturday, July 25th in your busy schedules for the Chapter Leadership programs at the 2009 AALL meeting in beautiful Washington, D.C. The presidents and vice presidents of each chapter are invited to participate in this day of a leadership and chapter planning. Roundtables on government relations, meeting management, and treasurer training will also be held at later dates during the meeting.
