This year's Summit theme is Being the Change: The Power of Process. The 2018 PLLIP Summit will offer opportunities for participants to examine their services and projects using concepts and strategies from Lean Six Sigma, process mapping, and project management. The day will be highly interactive, with speakers offering inspiration and suggestions in presentations and workshop sessions. Process improvement techniques and takeaways will empower attendees to demonstrate their capacity for innovation while encouraging their customers and stakeholders to explore process improvement.

Registration for AALL 2018 is now open and the Summit is listed as a separate Preconference Workshop for $199.
The PLLIP Grants Committee has Grants available for the 2018 PLLIP Summit and 2018 AALL conference. Please send resume, completed application, and a letter stating your reasons for wanting to attend the PLLIP Summit and/or AALL conference and submit via email to PLLIP Grants Committee Chair, Leanna R. The deadline for submitting applications is Friday, March 23, 2018. Recipients will be announced April 2, 2018.
