Reserve a Display Board in the Activities Area
The activities area at the AALL Annual Meeting & Conference provide AALL entities the opportunity to display information in a creative and informative way. It is a great opportunity to promote your group and educate our members about what you do.
AALL entities may now reserve one side of a 4’ x 8’ poster board for their display. Posters, brochures and other materials may be affixed to the boards using push pins or male Velcro attached to the back of the poster or item. You will be responsible for all other materials and may also provide acrylic brochure holders that can be adhered with Velcro. The activity boards will be located in the AALL’s exhibit hall at the John B. Hynes Veterans Memorial Convention Center. You will be able to set up your display on Saturday, July 15, from 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. A sign with your group’s name will be placed on the board upon arrival for easy detection.
We encourage you to have representatives from your group available at your display board to answer any questions during the exhibit hall no-conflict break times:
- Saturday, July 15: 5:00 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.
- Sunday, July 16: 10:15 a.m. – 11:15 a.m.
- Monday, July 17: 8:30 a.m. – 9:30 a.m. and 2:15 p.m. – 3:15 p.m.
- Tuesday, July 18: 9:45 a.m. – 11:15 a.m.
Please complete and submit the request form to reserve your display board by June 7, 2023. Please note everyone staffing and/or setting up the boards must be registered for the Conference with either a full conference registration, for the day they are staffing and/or setting up (single day registration), or with an exhibits-only pass. Further instructions, including shipping information, will be sent to you approximately four weeks prior to the Annual Meeting.
