CRIV Tools

CRIV tools are designed to help members in working with vendors which provide products and services to their library.  These tools include checklists, sample forms and letters, and publications designed to aid all members in meeting the needs of their libraries and users.

CRIV offers AALL members with assistance with vendor-related issues. Prior to filing a request for assistance, individuals are expected to have made a reasonable attempt to resolve the issue at hand. To avoid duplication of effort, please provide a complete account of your efforts to communicate with the vendor including copies of your notes from conversations with the vendor or emails.
