Scheduling:
Both Webinars and Coffee Chats are typically scheduled between 11:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. CT.

Webinars are generally held on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
Coffee Chats are usually scheduled on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays.

AALL will work with you to coordinate scheduling. Please indicate if there is a preferred time of year for your concept or if there is any urgency related to the offering. Note that Webinars require a 45-day lead time and Coffee Chats require a 30-day lead time for review and promotion.

Write a short description that can be used for marketing. It should reflect the topic’s importance to the legal industry and encourage members to sign up. Provide trends, best practices, solutions or innovative perspectives.*

PARTICIPANTS

To assist in completing your submission, please refer to these role definitions:

Coordinator: Main point of contact for the program. Liaises with other program speakers and AALL Staff/Committee members on logistics and event details as needed.
Speaker: Speaking and presenting participant in the program.
Moderator: Helps lead and manage discussions, ensures the program content and Q&A stay on track and on time. This role is optional for webinars.

If the program is accepted, AALL will work with the coordinator to secure participant bios and headshots. Note that all Coffee Chat participants must be AALL members.

Revisions to webinar and coffee chat proposals may be requested based on content goals, proposals submitted on similar topics, and alignment to the AALL Body of Knowledge (BoK). Closed captioning will automatically be provided for all AALL webinars and coffee chats.
