Hren works with law schools, law firms, courts, governmental agencies, and corporations across the U.S. to help customers set up their print collections on the LexisNexis® Digital Library eBook lending platform, powered by Overdrive®. Before joining LexisNexis in 2011, Hren practiced law in San Francisco in the areas of Securities Law and Complex Litigation. Through the LexisNexis Cares Pro Bono Program, she has also volunteered as an adoption attorney to help families adopt children who are in California's foster system. She holds a JD from Pepperdine Caruso School of Law, a Certificate in Entrepreneurship and Technology Law from the Palmer Center, and a BS in Biochemistry from the University of California at Davis.

In his position, Lawson focuses on removing barriers to legal information for everyone involved in the legal system. He works with community partners, including courts, bar associations, and legal aid organizations, to expand access to information for self-represented litigants and the local legal community. To fulfill the Law Library's public education mission, Lawson works with area universities and government internship programs to create new learning opportunities for law, paralegal, and criminal justice students. He also led the initiative to create the Law Library's Legal Tech Institute, which offers a collection of free, public classes designed to help self-represented litigants and small firm attorneys learn the tech they need to access and use digital legal information.
Jenny R.F.F. Silbiger

Hawaii Supreme Court Law Library
Silbiger serves as one of the Judiciary's liaisons to the Hawaii Access to Justice Commission and also serves as co-chair of the Hawaii State Bar Association's Committee on Delivering Legal Services to the Public. She is a member of AALL and is currently serving as Past Chair of the Government Law Libraries Special Interest Section. As a member of the Self-Represented Litigation Network Law Librarians Working group, she contributes to an analysis of law librarian participation with Access to Justice Commissions across the country. Her writing has appeared online and in print in the Hawaii Bar Journal and the Hawaii Review, and she edited the book Century of the Tiger: 100 Years of Korean Culture in America, published by the University of Hawaii Press in 2003.
