2025 Diversity Summit: No DEI or New DEI: Reimagining the Next Few Years Friday, March 7, 2025 (12pm - 4pm US/Eastern)

The Private Law Librarians & Information Professionals SIS (PLLIP-SIS) and Black Law Librarians SIS (BLL-SIS) are excited to announce the 2025 Diversity Summit: No DEI or New DEI: Reimagining the Next Few Years. On January 21, 2025, President Trump signed the executive order titled "Ending Illegal Discrimination and Restoring Merit-Based Opportunity." Martin Luther King Jr. reminded us, "Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere." Considering these changes, supporting each other and reinforcing our commitment to fairness and equality are more important than ever. The fifth annual virtual Diversity Summit will continue this timely conversation relative to the metamorphosis of DEI, how it continues to change and what is in store for the future of DEI.

AALL MEMBERS: $25
NONMEMBERS: $50

The deadline to register for the Diversity Summit is Friday, February 28, 2025 (with zero exceptions). Please note, check payments will no longer be accepted after Friday, February 14, 2025, and any new registrations must be paid in full with a credit card.

Complimentary registration is available for unemployed members and any AALL member who is unable to pay due to financial restrictions by contacting Errol Adams at eaadams@cooley.com (subject to verification). You will receive a promo code that must be entered on the online payment form at the time of checkout.

Please note that after you register for the Diversity Summit, you must also register for the Zoom meeting separately using the link provided on the thank you page or your registration confirmation email.
