The jury will select one recipient every year for the best poster submitted to the Annual Meeting Poster Session, or no recipient if it deems none of the nominees sufficiently qualified, and will submit the winning recipient’s name to the Award Committee.
Jury members will work during the Annual Meeting to review all posters presented at the Annual Meeting Poster Sessions. The award recipient will be selected by 5 p.m. the day before the closing day of the Annual Meeting.
Membership on the jury will be for one year.
The jury will consist of a chair, vice chair, six members, and a non-voting Executive Board and staff liaison.
