The jury will select one recipient every year for the best poster submitted to the Annual Meeting Poster Session, or no recipient if it deems none of the nominees sufficiently qualified.
Jury members will work onsite during the Annual Meeting to review all posters presented at the Annual Meeting Poster Sessions. The award recipient will be selected by 5 p.m. prior to the closing day of the Annual Meeting. The winner will be announced at the poster session presentation on the closing day of the Annual Meeting.
Please note that as we continue to gather information to make a decision for the 2021 Annual Meeting & Conference, timelines and information may change. Please contact the AALL director of meetings with any questions.
Membership on the jury will be for one year.
The jury will consist of a chair, vice chair, five members, and a non-voting Executive Board and staff liaison.
